Jerry has more than twenty-one years of government-related operations and program management depth, with emphasis on the aerospace and logistics industries.  Proven track record with outstanding accomplishments including successful cradle to grave program management and international business negotiations. Led award-winning source selection team on $300M advisory and assistance service program with company-wide mission impact. Proven leadership and technical expertise demonstrate a positive ability to lead and execute programs. Numerous degrees and certifications, to include:  Program Management Professional (PMP Certification), PM Institute; Department of Defense Systems Management College (DSMC) Residence (1998);   Department of Defense (DoD) Program Management - Level III Certification, Acquisition Logistics - Level III,  Contracting - Level III; USAF Senior Pilot  - FAA Commercial License - over 2500 flight hours.

Mike has tremendous depth in providing business development and proposal management consulting services, capitalizing on 40+ years of Government and Industry success. Mike delivers fundamental and critical consultation on proposal management, storyboarding, team/volume management, Pink/Red Team Reviews, proposal development training, competitive analysis, win strategies, strategic planning, DoD/ANG Lobbying, and Air Force Depot programs & processes. Mike Is a founding member of the Air National Guard and Air Force Reserve Test Center. He holds an MBA and L.L.D (Legal Studies) degrees. He is the founder of TMS Aerospace. He has supported the capture of more than $1.5b in contracts during the last four years. Mike resides in Beavercreek OH.


John J. Politi

John Politi is President of The Avalon Group, a consulting organization specializing in the Baldrige National Quality Program and human resource management approaches.  Previously he served as President and later CEO of the Excellence in Missouri Foundation, a not-for-profit private sector education organization responsible for administering the Missouri Quality Award, the Missouri Team Quality Award and the Governor’s Quality Leadership Award Programs.  The Foundation provided consulting and education services pertaining to all aspects of performance excellence to individuals and organizations of all types throughout the country.

Prior to joining the Foundation, John served 26 years in the United States Air Force in a variety of locations and command positions.  He holds degrees in Political Science and Economics and completed the Advanced Executive Management Program at Texas A&M University.

John has twenty years of experience in supporting the organizational implementation of performance excellence principles.  He served as a member of the Board of Examiners for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Program for six years and is a nationally recognized expert on leadership systems, strategic planning, measurement systems, human resource management, process management and customer relationship management.  He received the 1997 Governor’s Quality Leadership Award by Missouri Governor.


Bill Mandigo

During the past 21 years, Bill has held positions of General Manager, Vice President, Engineering Manager, Program Manager and Business Development Manager for highly successful small businesses. As Program Manager, he directed service contracts of up to 140 personnel. His experience includes proposal writing and management, recently writing a winning proposal for 100M aircraft modification contract as the founder and President of Defense Business Development, Inc. His major proposal efforts have included SOF/CSAR IMS, TAMS, AFSOC SETA, AFOTEC SETA, USSOCOM ALMBOS and TEAS. Bill is an alumnus of the Air Force Institute of Technology Graduate Logistics Management program and is a Certified Professional Logistician, Society of Logistics Engineers. His U.S. Air Force program management experience involved aircraft, range instrumentation, tactical radar systems and various support equipment programs.
